Using Turkish Bath Mitt in Onsen

Currently, I already owned a few Turkish Bath Mitts. Was sourcing the bath mitts at Ebay and found a seller that is selling the bath mitts as buy one get one free! Price range from $2.89 - $6.99, depending on the color of mitt you choose or have both colors (black/white).

I must say, it is a good investment for ladies and of course gentlemen too, to have these bath mitts with you during your spa or onsen visits. Sure cleanse and scrub very well. Superbly clean feel! Off goes the dead skin and then comes breathable skin pores! Awesome!

How we use the bath mitts, when we went for our weekly onsen. As usual, you have to shower first before dipping in to the hot bath pool.

- It is during the shower that we used the bath mitt first with body soap.

- After that, rinse the bath mitts and rinse away the lather from your body.

- Use the rinse bath mitt again on your body, focusing on area like your feet, elbows, behind your knees and the back of your neck.

- Rinse yourself again and you are all set and ready to have your hot bath.

Have personally use this face mask for the past 3 years. It's cooling and soothing. Try using rose water with it to make a paste, instead of just plain water. Oily skin can use witch hazel.

At times, I will wear this face mask and go to sleep. Placing a large towel over my pillow, so as to avoid staining on the pillow.

Yes, it does help me with some acne issues. As for lightening effect, I would say it is very gradual. Takes patience.

Scoop just 1/2 tsp of the powder and mix with water to form a paste and then apply it on your face or body.

You may be wondering what is this and how it can be related to beauty? This is one gadget that I have personally use to straighten back my two front teeth.

It started when I noticed my teeth was beginning to shift out of place, most likely due to my wisdom tooth pushing forward into my molar and eventually affect my teeth alignment. So the search begin on how to get my teeth straighten and this is what I found! The Orthodontic Teeth Alignment Trainer.

Recommended time to wear it is 30 minutes to one hour. Guess what? I wore it to sleep and wow zha! The next day, I felt soreness in my mouth but all was good! Eventually, my teeth did get straighten back in place.

Do take note that, it works over a period of time. For me it was within a week since I wore it nightly. After that, you just need to use it occasionally. Also note that, when you stop using it for over 3 months or more, you may notice your teeth seems to be shifted again. This is to let you know that this gadget is not a permanent fix for teeth misalignment problem.

Serious teeth misalignment or over crowded teeth problem? I would not recommend using it. Please go to a dentist and have it done nicely for you.
